Reservations and deposits

A spot is reserved when the 50% deposit is paid by card through Stripe. Your business category is locked for that area's card at the same moment. Spots are first come, first served.

Balance

The remaining balance is due when you approve your ad proof, before the card goes to print. We send the balance invoice by email.

If a card does not mail

If an area's card does not sell enough spots to mail, you choose a full refund of your deposit or a credit toward the next mailing for that area.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full deposit refund until the reserve-by date listed for your area. After that date, design and layout work has started and the deposit is not refundable.

Ad content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your offer, prices, licenses, and contact details. We may decline ads that are misleading, unlawful, or not suitable for a family mailer.

Results

We mail to the routes listed for each area through USPS. We do not guarantee calls, sales, or a specific response.
