How it works

Three steps to the mailbox

Pick your areas

Choose the neighborhoods you want to reach and the spot size that fits your offer. Pay a 50% deposit online to lock in your category.

We design your ad

Send your logo and offer. We design the ad, add a QR code to your website or offer, and send you a proof. The balance is due when you approve it.

It hits mailboxes

The card is printed and mailed by USPS to every home on the chosen routes. We also feature advertisers on the Spotlight Facebook page.

Lock in your category

Pay the deposit by card to hold your spot. If a card does not fill enough to mail, we refund your deposit in full or move it to the next mailing, your choice.

    Who receives the card?

    Every home on the USPS carrier routes we select in each area, about 5,000 per card. We pick routes with the most households in the neighborhoods named for each area.

    Do I have to make my own ad?

    No. Ad design is included. Send your logo, your offer, and any photos, and we send a proof for your approval before anything prints.

    Can a competitor be on the same card?

    No. Each card holds one business per category, first come, first served. Your category is locked when your deposit is paid.

    What if the card does not fill up?

    If a card does not sell enough spots to mail, we refund your deposit in full or roll it to the next mailing for that area, whichever you prefer.

    Can I buy several areas?

    Yes, and you save: 10% off at 2 areas, 15% off at 3 areas. Each area gets its own card and mailing.
